Returns Policy!
Unfortunately dj kwik! does not manage a refund policy. However, damaged goods in their original packaging can be replaced for the same item when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. If your product becomes faulty during this period, you should contact us at info@djkwik.co.uk in the “Contact” area of the website. We will then arrange for your item to be replaced. If the product you purchased is no longer available, you will be provided with a new product of equal or superior value. You are responsible for any return delivery charges; any delivery charges already paid are non-refundable. We are purely an online retailer, no one can collect goods or send goods by person as it will be refused!
